  I've been waiting in the store more than an hour with only 2 people ahead of me for more than an hour. They told me I'd be seen soon and I could leave my number and they'd text me. Went to pharmacy next door and never got a text. Came back and they were helping the people who came in after me. I'm here to pay $$$ for a new phone. They don't seem to care. Haven't even spoken to me, given me a new wait time, etc. Chatting away with customers casually about xmas trees.

  Abel was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough in helping us switch from verizon to T mobile and setting us up with 2 new phones. Great personality and fun to talk to while he was setting it all up!
