  I've had my worst customer service experience ever at this store. I was lied to (not misled, lied to!) and when I came back to ask questions and demand a resolution to the issues that Hector (the agent who lied) created, I actually saw him run into the back door when he saw me, I then asked the manager if Hector was there because I was there to speak with him (I had called all week checking into confirm which days he would be there so I could meet with him), and the manager said he was there adn asked me to wait. Five minutes later the manager comes back adn tells me Hector is gone for the night. Even though Hector knew I was coming and looked me in the eye and walked through the back door when he saw me. Extremely disappointing. I've never beens o disrespected as a consumer before. Anyhow, I've lived with the consequences of falling for this Sales person's lies in getting me into a contract that was supposed to make my phone bill cheaper, but actually has made it more expensive and on top of all fluctuates --it's never been the same again. All I had asked was that I go back to my previous plan because the plan that Hector got me into was nothing like what he promised. BTW, he took notes during our first meeting but those notes that they usually keep "disappeared" when I asked them to bring them out because I knew that he had the numbers he showed me on those notes --numbers that proved my bill would be cheaper than what i was paying back then!!! Awful experience. No regard for the customer. This is just the tip of what happened. It took me 5 months to actuall give up on trying to have them do right by me.
