  When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by Nicole. She was extremely friendly and showed me to the mattresses that I was looking for. She answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the products, sizes, prices etc. She made my shopping experience very quick and easy. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I've had. She handed my transaction very professionally and made sure I was happy with my decision before I made my purchase. 5 stars for Nicole!!!

  I bought a sofa from Bob's Discount Furniture a few years ago. It was a challenge as I live in an apartment the size of a show box in the city. Dave Henderson was extremely patient back then, even when my friend and I decided to sit on every single couch to see which ones were the coziest! I've moved since then and the couch is a bit too bulky and long for my now smaller apartment. I still have the couch AND I'm even going to make a few bucks selling it used. It's in great shape! I went into the same Bob's location this past Sunday in Saugus and Dave Henderson was there! I had such a good experience the first time, that I knew I wanted to work with him again. As someone who spent 20 years in retail, I appreciate someone who knows their product and also knows when to hang back. He greeted me and I explained that I was back for another sofa with similar size restrictions and wanted to take a spin around. He left me alone to make my rounds instead of trailing me. When I was ready to ask a few questions, he wasn't hard to find. A sofa I loved but the color wouldn't work, ended up having custom fabric options for a only a few dollars more. I was thrilled, because the "chair & 1/2" makes a great mini sofa for me! And, I get to have it in the color that works best for me! He gave me his card so I could order over the phone, once I double checked my measurements. I ordered yesterday over the phone. Was very easy! I can't wait for the new sofa! Thanks Henderson! It was a pleasure doing business with you! :-)
